Terms of Service

1. Service provider

2. Services

Three service types are available:

  • AEO audit — one-time, EUR 130 (HUF 50 000). Delivery: 7–10 working days. PDF report by email.
  • AEO implementation — one-time, EUR 390 (HUF 150 000). Delivery: 5–15 working days.
  • Monthly monitoring (retainer) — EUR 80 (HUF 30 000) per month. Indefinite term, 30-day cancellation notice.

VAT exemption applies. Final invoice is issued in HUF via Számlázz.hu.

3. Contracting (4-step email process)

  1. Client requests offer (mini-audit form or email).
  2. We send a written offer, valid for 14 days.
  3. Client accepts in writing. The accepted offer is the contract.
  4. We start the work as agreed.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Audit: full payment upfront on order.
  • Implementation: 50/50 split (50% on order, 50% on delivery).
  • Retainer: monthly upfront billing.
  • Payment term: 8 days from invoice date.
  • Payment method: bank transfer in HUF.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to twice (2×) the actual fee paid by the client for the specific service. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

6. Audit refund condition

We refund the full audit fee if the report does not contain at least five (5) substantively improvable AEO items.

7. Retainer cancellation

30-day written cancellation notice. No early-termination fees.

8. Consumer right of withdrawal

For consumers (as defined under Hungarian law), 14-day right of withdrawal applies under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. For business clients, this does not apply.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Hungarian law. Hungarian courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Place of performance: Budapest, Hungary.

10. Final provisions

These Terms are effective from the date the offer is accepted. Any modification requires written agreement.
