3. Data processing purposes
- Mini-audit request handling — processing the Tally form submission and emailing the result.
- Email communication — replying to and following up on inquiries.
- Service delivery — performing the contracted audit / implementation / monitoring work.
- Invoicing — issuing invoices via Számlázz.hu in accordance with Hungarian tax law.
- Analytics — Plausible Analytics (cookie-less, aggregated traffic statistics only).
4. Data processors
We use the following processors:
- Vercel (hosting / CDN, USA + EU regions)
- Tally (form processing, EU)
- Plausible Analytics (cookie-less analytics, EU)
- Supabase (database, EU)
- Google Workspace (email, USA — under SCCs)
- External, Hungary-based accounting firm(bookkeeping)
- KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu) (invoicing, Hungary)
5. Retention periods
- Mini-audit request data: 12 months
- Contact records: 5 years (statute of limitations)
- Invoices: 8 years (mandatory under Hungarian tax law)
6. Cookies
We do not use a cookie banner because we do not set tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookie-less and aggregates traffic data anonymously.
7. Data subject rights (GDPR)
